Factory planning / Project management

FAST CONSULT is a consulting company with core activities on industrial consulting and project management. Planning and project management of various industrial investments can be conducted on customer demand from the conceptual phase through the final implementation.

Project management responsibility can also be taken within diverse restructuring and modernisation activities.

Layout Planning (CAD)
Layout planning represents the important task of transforming the results from the planning process (Layout, Flow of goods and Area planning) into a CAD Structure.
e.g. INTERGRAPH Microstation, CADAM or AutoCAD). The results can be transformed to customer specific systems through appropriate interfaces (DXF, IGES).

Time Management
In the project phase, duration of diverse activities can not be exactly forecasted up to a necessary detail. The achievement of a certain precision level, however, requires the input of various bid related information.

Further, in order to fix target dates, various companies involved in the project (resellers, installation firms, construction firms, etc.) as well as various other influential factors need to be considered in the planning process.

FAST CONSULT employs state of the Art software applications for Time Management and Project Management.

Logistics (Macro / Micro)
The internal and external process flows can be visualised and documented on demand through simulation tools. The simulation software is the tool for planning of new and reorganisation of existing, discrete and continuous processes in production, logistics and other departments. This is aiming at reducing costs, improving productivity and minimising investment risks.

Feasibility Studies
The feasibility study, as the core activity within factory planning, aims determining the optimum conceptual design considering technical and economical requirements.

Equipment / Machinery procurement
FAST CONSULT can take the responsibility to conduct pre-negotiations on customers behalf with potential suppliers. The appropriate equipment / machinery based on customers specification will be inquired, negotiated and procured.
